Shené Richards, MBA

Executive Director

Leads the vision, operations, and growth. Holds a Bachelor’s in Business and an MBA. Provides strong leadership in team development and mission-driven execution.

Paulette Criddell, MBA

Volunteer Manager 

(Board Title: Treasurer)

Manages volunteers and oversees finances. Holds an MBA. Expert in HR development, onboarding, and team placement, ensuring structure and support.

Connell Johnson, MSCC

Community Coordinator

(Board Title: Assistant Secretary)

Leads community outreach and partnerships. Holds a BA in Social Work and an MSCC. Builds relationships and provides hands-on support for families.

Annetta Godlock

Program Coordinator 

(Board Title: Secretary)

Coordinates programs and operations. Brings extensive customer service expertise and leadership. With her correctional officer background, she adds situational awareness, calm leadership, and readiness for diverse public interactions.
